Staring out the window, Kathryn was trying hard to reach a decision. Should she do it? She wanted to, but was that enough? What if it was too early? She might regret her decision later on.
Kathryn thought back to when she had first seen him. She had known that she would need his help, but had also been suspicious of him. He had once been Maquis, after all. Still, she had learned to trust him, and they had eventually become sort of friends.
He was a fine officer, save a few incidents.
The question was, should she promote Paris?
